UTS Delivery Terms
We deliver worldwide, except for certain countries (Russia and Iran).
All products are usually in stock. If a product is unavailable, the production time is 30 days.
- For IceHook, the production time is 12 weeks.
All delivery methods are made in accordance with Incoterms-2020.
- Air Delivery: Available to the nearest international airport or directly to the customer.
- Land Delivery: Quick and reliable transportation by truck for shipments within reachable land distances.
- Sea Delivery: Ideal for larger, bulkier orders, though this method may take more time compared to air or land.
All products are securely packaged in plywood crates to ensure safe international shipping.
The cost is calculated based on order size, destination, and delivery terms. Costs may include packaging, shipping, insurance, and customs clearance.

- No customs clearance is required for deliveries within the European Union.
- UTS assists with customs clearance for other regions to ensure smooth delivery.
