Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Universal Terminal System, Ltd. (“UTS Play”, “we”) uses cookies, browser storage, pixels and similar technologies on utsplay.com. This policy explains what they do and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Your choice

Necessary storage is used to operate and secure the site and to remember your privacy choice. “Reject all” and “Accept all” are available in the first layer of the banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

Analytics and advertising technologies are off until you choose to enable them. The site remains available if you reject optional technologies.

3. What is stored and for how long

  • uts_cookie_consent is a first-party cookie containing version, analytics and advertising choices, and the time of the choice. It expires after 180 days.
  • visitor_id is a random first-party identifier retained for up to 180 days;session_id ends with the browser session. These identifiers are created only when analytics is allowed.
  • utm_data and utm_data_expiry store campaign parameters and supported advertising click identifiers for up to five days when advertising is allowed.
  • A/B-test assignment cookies use the ab_test_* prefix and expire after 30 days. They are created only when analytics is allowed.
  • Before analytics consent, banner measurement uses temporaryconsent_event_visitor_id and consent_event_session_id values in session storage so that the consent dashboard can distinguish a view from a decision.
  • Provider cookies have provider-defined durations and may change when their services are updated. Your browser storage panel shows the actual expiry for your visit.

4. Information recorded by UTS Play analytics

Our first-party analytics records random visitor and session identifiers, page path and title, referrer and event timestamps. The server receives the IP address and browser user agent as part of the web request and uses them to determine approximate country, device, browser and whether traffic appears automated.

Consent reporting records whether the banner was shown, settings were opened, all options were accepted or rejected, or custom preferences were saved. It also records the selected categories, page path and host. It does not include the values entered into contact forms.

Third-party tags can receive technical request data such as IP address, user agent, page URL and referrer, together with pseudonymous identifiers, campaign parameters and the events configured for that provider. Microsoft Clarity additionally processes interaction and diagnostic events such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, viewport changes and page performance to provide aggregated analytics and session recordings.

5. Third-party services

6. OpenAI Pixel and advertising measurement

The OpenAI Pixel is configured to load only after advertising permission is granted. It may capture the oppref click reference from the landing-page URL and store it in the first-party __oppref cookie for conversion attribution. Configured conversion events can include the page origin, event name and event details. If account-side advanced matching is enabled, supported contact values may be normalized and hashed in the browser; our site code does not intentionally send raw contact-form values through Pixel events.

7. External maps and video

Pages that show Google Maps load map resources from Google. Video thumbnails may load from YouTube, while the privacy-enhanced YouTube player is created after the visitor starts a video. These providers receive normal connection data such as IP address, browser details and the URL requesting the resource, and may use storage according to their own policies.

8. Withdrawal and deletion

Open “Cookie settings” in the footer, turn off a category and save. The site immediately sends the updated consent signal and removes known first-party identifiers for the withdrawn category where the browser permits it. Providers may retain data collected while consent was valid according to their policies and legal obligations. You can also clear site data in your browser.

9. Contact

Questions about cookies or personal data can be sent to support@utsplay.world or by post to Universal Terminal System, Ltd., Odrin Street 2, 8001 Burgas, Bulgaria.
